Job description
Evergy in Kansas City, MO / Topeka, KS, seeks a Manager or Sr. Manager Tax to lead tax planning, research and compliance for income taxes, with a focus on minimizing the company’s tax burden.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate with state/local tax authorities and external advisors. A CPA is preferred and an MBA is welcome; 8+ years of related experience is expected.
