Job description
Target is seeking a Lead Engineer in Minnesota to shape architecture for Tax Technology. You will own the application architecture, drive scalable solutions, and collaborate with Tax, Finance, Product, and engineering teams to ensure timely, accurate tax information across the enterprise.
You will mentor engineers, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to architecture reviews while aligning with business and compliance needs. A hybrid work model in MN is supported.
