Job description
WSP is seeking a Technology Manager based in Raleigh, NC, to oversee all Customer Service Center Technology activities. This role is accountable for implementation, delivery, and ongoing oversight, ensuring coordinated execution across contact center technology, data network, and IT service operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong public sector delivery experience, excellent communication skills, and a background in contact center technologies such as CCaaS platforms and omnichannel routing. Relocation is supported.
