Job description
LPL Financial is seeking an AVP Tech, Software Development Lead to drive design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications. You will work with product teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions and mentor the team through SDLC guidelines.
In this hybrid role, onsite presence is required at Charlotte/Fort Mill or NYC/Midtown 2-3 days per week, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled software culture and governance.
