Job description
IREN, a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider, seeks a senior legal professional with deep experience in technology procurement, supply chain and strategic sourcing to guide GPU hardware and software transactions. You will structure and negotiate complex agreements and advise on risk and compliance with export controls.
You will work with global teams, vendors and outside counsel to move deals quickly, maintain templates, and support growth while ensuring regulatory and contractual soundness.
