Job description
Kong is seeking a Customer Experience professional to coach customers through their lifecycle, driving adoption and maximizing value from Kong’s APIs and microservices. You will collaborate with Americas sales, Product, and engineering to ensure customers realize the benefits of Kong’s platform.
Leverage self-service tooling and reusable assets to scale success across a growing customer portfolio, while building strong relationships and championing customer outcomes.
