Cara Cara, a women’s ready-to-wear brand based in New York City, is seeking a Senior Technical Designer who will manage styles from SMS through bulk production, ensuring fit, construction, and design intent.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in technical design within luxury womenswear, deep knowledge of patternmaking, grading, and production workflows, and the ability to lead fit sessions and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.
