Ensure implementation commitments align with Statements of Work (SOWs) and agreed customer expectations.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Facilitate implementation meetings with customer technical and operational teams.

Communicate implementation status, risks, timelines, and dependencies clearly and professionally.

Validate technical implementation information with Engineering and Architecture before communicating externally.

Maintain strong cross-functional alignment throughout implementation.

Risk & Implementation Management

Identify implementation risks, dependencies, assumptions, and blockers early.

Escalate issues appropriately and facilitate timely resolution.

Drive implementation readiness while maintaining customer confidence and delivery visibility.

Coordinate successful transition from implementation into ongoing operational support.
