Job description
Brightworks IT is seeking a Level 3 Technical Lead for our Vernon, CT team. You will own the most complex client escalations, mentor Tier 1/2 engineers, and serve as the primary technical contact for our largest accounts.
You will lead server migrations, AD rebuilds, security incident responses, and critical tickets, while shaping Windows Server, M365, networking, and backup standards. This onsite role requires working in Wixom with occasional regional travel.
