Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and operations. This individual contributor will be responsible for driving complex technical initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment between business priorities, product strategy, and engineering execution. The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner closely with engineering leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage risks, dependencies, delivery plans, and program communications. The selected candidate may support B2I or B2B programs based on upcoming planning and program allocation. The ideal candidate has experience delivering SaaS products within a scaled product organization and can operate independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. What You Will Do -Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and operations. -Translate product and business objectives into clear program strategies, milestones, execution plans, and measurable outcomes. -Drive alignment across multiple teams and organizations, including engineering, product management, business operations, and leadership. -Manage program risks, technical dependencies, competing priorities, scope changes, and critical-path decisions. -Partner with engineering and product teams to proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate delivery risks and blockers. -Establish program governance, operating cadences, status reporting, and escalation processes. -Lead stakeholder and leadership meetings, track decisions and action items, and communicate program status with clarity and transparency. -Ensure programs deliver measurable business value on schedule while maintaining a high standard of quality. -Use program data and delivery metrics to evaluate progress, identify trends, and improve program performance. -Drive process improvements that increase execution efficiency, accountability, and visibility across teams. -Coordinate effectively with global stakeholders, including teams operating in U.S. Pacific Time. -Operate as an individual contributor with ownership of programs from initial planning through launch and post-launch evaluation.
