Job description
5+ years of Technical Program Management experience with successful enterprise program delivery
Strong stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business teams
Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives through influence rather than authority
E-commerce and/or Omnichannel technology experience required; Retail technology experience preferred
Experience gathering requirements and driving alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
Strong technical acumen with the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams
Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
Strong reporting and analytics experience. The team currently utilizes Excel, Tableau, Looker, and other reporting platforms to support merchandising, product performance, and enterprise reporting initiatives

Job Description
A Client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to Lead and coordinate complex programs across product, engineering, merchandising, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives - Manage cross-functional dependencies, facilitate stakeholder communication, and resolve roadblocks to keep multiple teams aligned and moving forward - Partner closely with product managers and engineers to support the full product lifecycle, from planning and requirements through implementation and launch Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation, helping teams improve efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver better business outcomes
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Manage programs of high impact, risk, complexity while building and executing integrated plans across multiple teams.
Present demos, status updates and risk/mitigation strategies and communicate down the pyramid through VP level.
Apply experience as well as technical, functional and customer expertise to define the technical components of a multi-year capability roadmap.
Successfully manage resource planning and a large team budget, accurately forecasting 6 months ahead and explaining variances.
Possess strong level knowledge of technology (e.g. Cloud, APIs, services, Windows stack, open source, database technologies, etc.)
Use engineering lifecycle knowledge and prior experience to drive improvements.
Use AI tools, AI agents and AI Native operational model to deliver the programs faster and more efficiently.
Pay Range: $80 - $95/hr USD
*Benefits packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
