IT Project Lead
Location: Remote (must be within driving distance for occasional onsite workshops and planning sessions)
We're seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to support a large-scale digital commerce and fulfillment initiative. This role will partner across business and technology teams to help drive delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate activities across business, technology, and operational teams
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder discussions
Provide status updates and leadership reporting
Support implementation, launch readiness, and post-launch activities
Drive collaboration and help remove blockers across teams
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management experience
Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, logistics, or omnichannel experience is a plus
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power BI, or similar project tracking tools preferred
