Job description
Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify and hire top engineering, technical operations, and program management professionals.
You will partner with hiring managers, HRBP, and cross-functional teams to craft targeted sourcing strategies and build robust pipelines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The role may be based at Saab’s Syracuse, NY headquarters or remote within the Eastern/Central Time Zone, with travel up to 15%.
