Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing Internal Mobility team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top technical talent for a Fortune 100 cutting-edge FinTech Firm. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, building a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring that we hire the best possible candidates to meet our client’s needs. Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and business , group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs across technology lines of business
Manage the full lifecycle internal mobility recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include reviewing compelling position descriptions, screening internal candidates, advising business partners on the internal mobility recruiting process, and negotiating job offers
Candidate management - optimize and execute internal mobility processes and procedures with 100% quality assurance to recruit top talent, owning the candidate engagement process to offer extension and closing
Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing internal mobility recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion
Leverage internal mobility recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers, leadership, and HR partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting required
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
4+ years of experience in Corporate Technical Recruiting preferred – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
