Job description
New Relic is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager (TSM) to own technical success and post-sales relationships for a valued customer base, helping them maximize their New Relic investment.
You will combine technical know-how with business acumen to optimize adoption, onboarding, and integration across our platforms, partnering with Sales to identify upsell opportunities while traveling to meet customers when required.
