Job description
Cribl is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to deliver enterprise-level support for our observability data platform. You will work with customers and partners remotely, handling complex technical issues across distributed systems and telemetry products.
The role requires 5+ years in enterprise support, expert troubleshooting, and strong client-facing communication. Proficiency with Linux, cloud platforms, and networking is expected, with experience in Splunk/Elasticsearch/Logstash a plus.
