Job description
Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Technology Sourcing Recruiter with extensive experience identifying and engaging exceptional talent across Cloud Engineering, Software Development, Data and Analytics, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, DevOps, and Architecture.
The ideal candidate brings advanced sourcing expertise, a data-driven approach, and a proven ability to engage hard-to-find passive talent in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for critical and emerging technology roles.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence research to identify target companies, relevant talent pools, and emerging technical skills.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand workforce plans and align sourcing efforts with business priorities.
Use advanced search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, professional networks, referrals, and industry events to identify high-demand talent.
Lead initial candidate outreach, engagement, and qualification conversations to assess technical experience, career goals, and overall alignment.
Provide actionable insights on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and evolving technology skills.
Partner with Diversity Strategy teams to build inclusive pipelines and expand access to underrepresented technology talent.
Track and report sourcing activity, candidate engagement, pipeline health, and other relevant performance metrics.
Evaluate and recommend new sourcing tools, technologies, and practices to improve talent identification and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least eight years of technology sourcing and recruiting experience.
Strong experience recruiting across Cloud Engineering, Software Development, Data and Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, DevOps, and Architecture.
Proven success identifying and engaging passive candidates for specialized and highly competitive technology roles.
Expertise in talent mapping, competitive intelligence, market research, and advanced sourcing methodologies.
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing analytics.
Strong understanding of technical skill sets, organizational structures, and talent trends across the technology industry.
Ability to influence hiring leaders through credible, data-driven market insights.
Exceptional networking, candidate engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
