Job description
North Shore Bank in Racine, WI seeks a Lead Teller to coordinate branch operations and support the Branch Manager. You will handle teller duties, assist customers, and actively cross-sell bank products.
As a supervisory presence in the absence of the Branch Manager, you will help schedule staff, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain professional service standards. Previous teller experience is preferred and strong communication skills are essential.
