Job Description:

GliaCell is seeking a Senior Test Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.

The Work:

Analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results.

Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.

Works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.

Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the SOW.

Key Requirements:

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

U.S. Citizenship.

Works well independently as well as on a team.

Strong communication skills.

Desired Skills (2 of the below):

Cucumber/Gherkin,

Playwright

Jmeter

Swagger (or similar API tool),

Selenium Tools: Cypress, 508 testing tools (JAWS or NVDA)

Location:

Annapolis Junction, MD / Partial Telework (2-3 days per week expected)

Salary Range:

The salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $230,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across our projects. Within the range, your salary is determined by your individual benefits package selection. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred position during the hiring process. SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE.
