Job description
Johnson Controls, Burlington, MA, seeks a Solutions Engineer to lead a cross-functional team delivering high‑performance thermal solutions for AI, HPC and mission‑critical systems. You will own project execution, manage risk, and ensure customer requirements are met with quality.
Work onsite 4 days a week with one remote day; collaborate with sales and engineering, translate needs into actionable plans, and help shape the product roadmap while advancing our cooling platforms.
