No Production Line Pressure.LACO Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior TIG Welder/Fabricator to support precision stainless steel and aluminum fabrication for custom vacuum systems. This is not production welding. The role focuses on engineered, one-off and small-batch fabrication where fit, finish, and quality matter.You'll help weld & fabricate custom vacuum and leak testing systems used by leading organizations in aerospace, medical, automotive, and advanced technology industries. No direct assembly experience is required.
