Director TM Controller & PoL Applications to lead a technical application engineering team, collaborate with R&D and customers, and drive go-to-market and design-ins for multiphase controllers and PoL modules. You will oversee the roadmap, personnel development across Andover, San Jose, Warwick RI, and El Segundo, manage performance reviews, and influence product verification, documentation, and GUI development.
