Job description
Horrocks is seeking an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer to plan, manage, and deliver complex transportation projects with a focus on ITS, traffic signals, and roadway lighting. This role combines technical leadership with client coordination and project management to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions.
