Job description

Horrocks seeks an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer to plan, manage, and deliver complex transportation projects with a focus on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), traffic signals, and roadway lighting in Utah.

This role blends technical leadership with client liaison and proactive project delivery, supporting our Utah offices and potentially other western states. PE license required; PTOE preferred; 8+ years of professional experience in traffic engineering.
