Job description
Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Training and Development Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate programs for exempt and non-exempt staff. You will oversee onboarding, develop materials, and monitor retention while guiding a training team to ensure consistent delivery across branches.
The role requires supervisory experience, strong presentation skills, and ability to travel up to 20% within and out of state. A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is preferred.
