Job description
Clark Creative Solutions is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Training Readiness Services (JTRS) program. This effort supports Joint Training System (JTS) execution, readiness reporting, exercise planning, mission assessments, and training support activities across the National Guard enterprise.
Location: Remote CONUS with Travel
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required
Position Overview
Clark Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Training Workshop Facilitator to deliver training workshops, facilitate strategic planning sessions, and provide instruction to military and civilian senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 7 years facilitating military training programs
Experience conducting workshops for senior leaders
Experience developing training materials
Experience providing formal instruction
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Facilitator
Joint Planner Course Instructor experience
National Guard training experience
