Job description
Horrocks is seeking a Senior Transit Planner/Project Manager to lead transit and multimodal transportation projects across the mountain west from our Denver, CO location. The role focuses on planning studies, client growth, and public engagement, with a strong emphasis on data-driven recommendations and clear written deliverables.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in urban planning (master’s preferred) and extensive experience in transit planning and collaboration with public agencies.
