Job description
Cognizant is seeking a Senior Transition PMO to govern large IT transitions across multiple towers. You will establish the Transition Management Office, define governance, and produce executive-ready reporting.
You will coordinate across Service Desk, Cloud, Hosting, Networking, and related domains to ensure timely delivery. You will drive milestone tracking, risk management, and dependencies while creating dashboards and status updates for senior stakeholders.
