Job description
Progressive is seeking an experienced transmission line estimator in the United States to develop conceptual and early-stage cost estimates for large-scale transmission projects. You will perform route assessments, quantity takeoffs, and scope development from limited information, analyze drawings and geotechnical reports, and refine estimates using Excel-based tools.
You will present estimates, assumptions, risks, and drivers to project teams, and update estimates as scope or design changes
