Job description
Sargent & Lundy is seeking a transmission line engineer for a hybrid role based in San Diego. You will design lines from 69kV to 500kV, perform cost analyses, and develop design criteria and route siting.
You will also coordinate with vendors, lead a small project team, and mentor junior staff. Ideal candidates have an ABET-accredited engineering degree, strong PLS-CADD skills, and 5+ years of project experience, with familiarity of relevant codes and design methods.
