Job description
Mesa Associates, Inc. seeks a Principal Transmission Structural Engineer to lead analysis, design, and evaluation of transmission poles, towers, and foundations.
You will mentor staff, set QA/QC standards, and guide complex projects across states with a focus on safety, reliability, and performance. The role requires SE license in CA and IL, 12–15+ years of experience, and proficiency with PLS‑CADD, ASCE/NESC codes, and foundation design using modern materials.
