Job description
Rinker Design Associates (RDA) in Virginia seeks a Senior Civil Engineering Manager to lead high-profile transportation projects from planning through delivery. Mentor junior engineers and manage client relationships to improve project performance.
Requires 12+ years in transportation/highway design, a P.E. license in VA or ability to obtain, and strong knowledge of VDOT, AASHTO, FHWA, and MUTCD standards. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
