ATCS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transportation Engineering Manager to join our Baltimore team. The role focuses on leading roadway design projects for SHA, MDTA, and municipalities, overseeing task execution, and mentoring staff while coordinating with clients and agencies to ensure design quality and timely delivery.
Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering, MD PE license, 14+ years in roadway design (MD preferred), and proficiency with MicroStation ORD and ProjectWise.
