Job description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant facilities. You will be responsible for generating and executing business plans to achieve sales, profit objectives and customer satisfaction.
The role requires leading and coaching teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training to ensure customer expectations are met, with strong emphasis on sales growth, team management and P&L analysis.
