Job description
Wallick Communities is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects in the Cleveland area. This hands-on role leads ground-up builds and occupied renovations, enforces safety, coordinates subcontractors, and drives schedule, quality, and cost control from mobilization to turnover.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field leadership on multifamily sites, experience with either ground-up or occupied renovations, and proficiency in construction
