Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with over 10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
The ideal candidate must have proven first-chair trial experience.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in a range of cases, with a focus motor vehicle accidents
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes, including mediations and arbitrations when necessary.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations, ensuring the utmost professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, including case management, billing, and client communication.
Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the cause of the accident, assess liability, and estimate damage costs.
Collaborate with a team of paralegals, case managers, and attorneys to ensure effective and efficient case handling.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed in Texas and in good standing.
8+ years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in handling high-value motor vehicle accidents.
Proven first-chair trial experience is required.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
