Job description
Allstate is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney in Massachusetts to independently manage a complex litigation caseload across bodily injury, property damage, PIP/No-Fault, subrogation, and UM/UIM matters. You will lead trials, arbitrations, mediations, and high-exposure settlements while advising business partners and collaborating with multiple legal teams.
