Job description
Allstate in-house litigation team seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to defend insureds and the Company in bodily injury and property damage cases, with trials, arbitrations, and mediations. You’ll coordinate with legal colleagues, counsel business clients, and keep pace with evolving laws affecting our defense strategies.
Juris Doctorate and NY Bar, 4+ years of litigation experience, strong research and writing, and ability to manage a heavy caseload are required.
