Job description
Losh Associates in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to provide counsel, perform legal research, draft documents and litigate cases throughout all phases. Experience in personal injury and/or insurance law is valued; a self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills is ideal.
The candidate will handle diverse litigation matters, supervise support staff, and contribute to risk management strategies while representing clients with professionalism and diligence.
