Job description
Losh Associates in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to provide legal counsel, conduct research, draft documents, and litigate cases. The ideal candidate has experience across all litigation phases and backgrounds in personal injury and/or insurance law.
Responsibilities include risk mitigation, due diligence, client advisory, and preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
