Job description
Florida State Courts System seeks a Senior Trial Court Staff Attorney in Jacksonville to assist judges with legal research, drafting memoranda and orders, and handling felony postconviction matters along with civil, family and probate cases.
Required ABA-law degree, Florida Bar admission within a year, and at least five years of legal practice or clerkship experience; strong writing, analytical and communication skills are essential.
