Senior Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney - Hybrid Remote - Century City / Los Angeles - Up To $250k Base + Bonus
Salary: $170,000 - $250,000 per year

Based in Century City and founded over half a century ago, we are a 30-attorney trusts & estates boutique focused on the wealth transfer and estate needs of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, real estate investors, and their families. Our firm's attorneys have taught estate planning at UCLA Extension since 1963 and lecture at the country's leading tax and estate planning institutes. Small-firm collaboration, deep technical work, and client relationships that frequently span multiple generations.

Job Details
Our T&E group carries a national reputation in estate and probate litigation, contested trust and estate matters, and tax controversy — representing high-net-worth individuals, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and institutions when disputes arise.
What you'll work on:
Contested trust and estate matters
Probate litigation and will contests
Fiduciary duty disputes and breach of trust claims
Conservatorship and guardianship litigation
Elder financial abuse claims
Tax controversy — IRS examinations, Tax Court, federal court representation
Creditor claims and estate administration disputes
Looking for:
California Bar admission
4+ years of T&E litigation background experience
