Job description
Radiant seeks a Principal Turbomachinery Engineer in El Segundo, CA to own turbomachinery mechanical design for a 1MW Brayton-cycle system. You will lead high-speed rotating assemblies, rotor dynamics, and integration with electrical and thermal teams to deliver production-ready hardware.
You will set architecture, drive rigorous testing, and ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance in a hands-on, high-ownership role. This position requires onsite collaboration at the El Segundo HQ.
