Job description

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in the Baltimore, MD area seeks a Staff Field Engineer to lead UAS flight test and integration activities across DoD programs. The role requires deep hands-on experience with airborne platforms, RF data links, and mission payloads, with frequent travel to field sites up to 50%.

You will mentor junior engineers, develop field procedures, generate flight test reports, and ensure safety, spectrum, airworthiness, and security compliance throughout testing efforts.
