Job description
Senior UI/UX Designer/Product Designer
Location: Redmond, WA
Responsibilities:
10+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI/UX Design, or a closely related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design, visual design, interaction design, and thoughtful problem solving.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity design, prototyping, components, and design systems.
Practical experience using AI-assisted tools in a design-to-UI, prototyping, or interface-generation workflow.
Ability to explain how a design was translated into generated UI, how the output was evaluated, and how the experience was refined.
Strong visual judgment and attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction, and consistency.
Experience collaborating across large, cross-functional, highly matrixed organizations.
Excellent verbal, written, visual, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Agility, flexibility, and a growth mindset when learning new tools and navigating ambiguity.
US Citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card) required.
Portfolio Expectations:
Case studies showing the design problem, process, key decisions, and final experience.
Examples that demonstrate strong visual and interaction design craft.
At least one example of using AI-assisted tooling to support prototyping, UI generation, or a design-to-development workflow.
