Job description
Hamilton Select is seeking a Senior/Executive Underwriter Team Lead, Small Business Casualty, to drive growth and portfolio discipline in the U.S. market, with remote or Richmond, VA based work.
You will lead broker relationships, oversee complex E&S casualty underwriting, and guide a team of underwriters in a technology-enabled environment. Occasional travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.
