Lincoln Financial seeks an Underwriting Sr. Consultant to support our Executive Benefits Team in a fully remote role. You will underwrite COLI/BOLI/ICOLI programs, assess risk, and partner with sales, product, case management and reinsurance to grow executive benefits.
The ideal candidate brings deep COLI expertise, medical and financial underwriting judgment, and strong collaboration skills to drive compliant, profitable results.
