Job description
The Baldwin Group in Texas is seeking an experienced Underwriter to manage complex and high-value accounts, underwriting, rating, binding, and servicing with leadership support. Hybrid work options include Dallas/Houston or remote candidates in Texas. A Bachelor’s degree and carrier experience are required, ASA preferred.
You will mentor staff and ensure timely, compliant quotes. Open to candidates statewide, with emphasis on collaboration, accuracy, and maintaining relationships with carriers
