Miratech in Houston seeks a Senior UC Engineer to join the Global Unified Communications Engineering team, supporting Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, voice recording, and SIP trunking across the Americas. You will be the incident lead and coordinate with Cisco, telecom carriers, and other vendors to keep platforms reliable, secure, and compliant.
The role requires 10+ years in UC engineering, strong Webex/Cisco expertise, and familiarity with Splunk observability.
