Job description
Miratech in the United States is seeking a Senior UC Engineer to join the Global Unified Communications Engineering team, supporting Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and related UC services across the Americas.
The successful candidate will lead incident management, vendor escalation with Cisco and telecom carriers, monitor platform health with Splunk, and collaborate with business units to meet changing UC requirements and compliance needs.
